Perform spelling checking via the English dictionary and improve the backup_converter.rb script.

- perform spelling checking via the English dictionary:
  - install the English dictionary for the Pspell library in the Docker image;
  - add the Latin characters into the word pattern for spelling checking;
  - add checking via the English dictionary:
    - to the MistakeController::actionCheck() method;
    - to the MistakeController::actionList() method;
fix the bugs:
- improve the backup_converter.rb script:
  - describe the dependency versions;
  - fix the bug with disabling copying to a clipboard;
perform refactoring:
- of spelling checking:
  - move the word pattern for spelling checking to a constant;
  - add the MistakeController::initPspells() method;
  - add the MistakeController::checkWord() method.
